Alfred Ansley
Founder of Dominion Construction
Alfred Ansley is the founder and CEO of Dominion Construction. A licensed building contractor based in Jacksonville, Alfred brings a disciplined, service-oriented approach shaped by eight years as a Florida State Patrol officer. He holds a B.A. in Criminology from Florida Atlantic University. Since founding Dominion in 2020, Alfred has grown the firm from custom residential work into a full-service commercial general contractor specializing in multifamily, healthcare, and mixed-use projects. His leadership is built on a straightforward principle: deliver what you promise, communicate early and often, and treat every project like your reputation depends on it—because it does.
